These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Biru77 ("Biru77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at biru77.asia (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including any services, games, promotions, and features made available therein.

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating or maintaining an account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. Biru77 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of such persons, of Biru77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or business partners.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
6. You must not have registered a prior Account on the Platform under any other name, email address, or identity. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.

To access the real-money features of the Platform, you are required to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any and all activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you shall bear full responsibility for it. Biru77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Biru77 support immediately via live chat or by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 15 of these Terms.

Biru77 reserves the right to decline a registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

In accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, Biru77 requires all Users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or in response to risk-based triggers identified by our compliance systems. Failure to complete KYC may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud, Account suspension.

Required documents for KYC verification include, but may not be limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence. The document must be current, clearly legible, and display your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (e.g., Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas, TIME dotCom), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past 90 days, showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, taken in good lighting conditions.
• Payment Method Verification: Biru77 may request documentary evidence confirming your ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet dashboard, partial bank statement).

KYC submissions are reviewed by our compliance team within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Biru77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is inconclusive.

All deposits made to your Biru77 Account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Biru77 accepts payments via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change. Updated payment options are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Biru77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which Biru77 accepts no liability.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Biru77 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own payment method and to suspend the Account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by Users who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Biru77 for operational reasons.

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period is displayed within the Account withdrawal page and is subject to change at Biru77's discretion.

Biru77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts via DuitNow and FPX during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer in cases where: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete or under review; (b) the withdrawal triggers an automated fraud or AML flag; (c) the payment provider is experiencing technical issues; or (d) the withdrawal falls outside standard banking hours for the selected institution.

Biru77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting the source of funds documentation where the cumulative withdrawal amount warrants such review under our AML policy. Funds that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be withheld pending investigation or returned to the deposit source.

Only real-money funds (i.e., funds deposited by the User, plus winnings derived therefrom) are withdrawable, subject to these Terms. Bonus Funds and winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable.

Biru77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering / Rollover Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is specified on the individual promotion page. The rollover must be completed within the bonus validity period.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain active in your Wallet, your maximum permitted bet per round is limited to the amount stated in the promotion terms — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage (typically 10%–25%). The contribution schedule for each active bonus is detailed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated for each promotion — commonly 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from issuance. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Wallet without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the total bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn. This cap is stated in the specific promotion terms and applies regardless of the total winnings accumulated.
• Bonus Abuse: Biru77 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, placing opposite sides of a wager across multiple accounts (arbitrage), and exploiting technical errors in bonus attribution.

All games available on the Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated in the game rules.

Biru77 partners exclusively with licensed international game studios whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified for fairness and unpredictability. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes within any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, Biru77's logs shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes and Wallet balances. Where a game round cannot be resolved due to a technical failure, Biru77 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from available data. Biru77's decision in such cases is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Biru77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the below activities, and to confiscate any associated balances in cases of fraud or criminal activity:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting), or opening an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to Biru77 support immediately.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal offence under applicable Malaysian or international law.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or any other technology intended to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Biru77 staff or other Users in any communication channel.

Biru77 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the protection of vulnerable individuals. Gambling on the Platform must be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties, or a coping mechanism for personal problems.

Biru77 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic session termination after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, login is disabled and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is irrevocable for the duration selected.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Biru77 name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Biru77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of Biru77.

All third-party game content accessible through the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio. Biru77 holds no claims over such content beyond the scope of its licensing agreements with those studios.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Biru77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Platform, including game studios and payment processors.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or your Account, whether with or without notice.
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond Biru77's reasonable control.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain liabilities, Biru77's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law.

Biru77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, Biru77 will provide notice to registered Users via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law that do not substantively alter your rights or obligations) may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account and withdraw your remaining balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
